What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
You can always check your order status. To check this, all you need to do is go to the Track-order Page and Enter your Order Id & Last Name to check the actual state of your order.
Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, feel free to write us at: contact@Kopleen.com
What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
We want to sort out any issues with faulty items straightaway. As soon as you discover a fault, please contact our Customer Care team with: The order number The faulty item’s name and number A description of the fault (along with the 5 pictures)
We’ll get back to you within 24 hours and once the details have been verified, will send you a replacement item or return instructions as quickly as possible.
We will cover all costs if fault is caused by us.
Why was my payment declined? What should I do?
Your payment may have been declined due to any of the following reasons:
- Incorrect billing address and phone number:
Make sure that the billing address listed in your account matches that associated with your payment method.
- Credit card limit reached:
Check your credit card limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit when we tried to charge your card. Try decreasing your daily spending limit or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit.
- Credit / Debit Card Number:
Make sure that the credit card or debit card number is correct and up-to-date.
- Credit / Debit Card Expiration date:
Review the expiration date on your credit card or debit card. If your card expired, update your credit card or debit card information.
- PayPal account out of funds:
Make sure funds are available in your PayPal account if PayPal is listed as your payment method.
Can I return my product?
Yes, We always aim for make sure our customers love our products. If you find a fault then, you need to return the product with in 30 days, we’re happy to help. There is 10% restocking fees.
Note: Change of mind is not applicable.
Can I return my refurbished product?
Sorry, we do not have return policy for refurbished products, as we inspect each refurbished product carefully and clear its quality as a custom check. Also. It lies in the category of custom made.
Only returnable if your received damaged product.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. We provide Free Shipping on order over $360 worldwide. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processing may take 4-5 business days and delivery 4 to 8 days in some cases. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5 -14 Business Days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Note: Delivery dates can be vary as per COVID-19 situation.
What are your Shipping Carriers?
We use FedEx, USPS, and DHL Express. Therefore, you do not have to worry about the shipping at all. we will chose whatever suits best for you. We reserve the right to chose best service.
What about the customs duties/taxes?
We do not pay any custom duties. We also do not collect any tax from anyone.
Is your leather products are of high and genuine quality?
We guarantee you 100% High Quality and genuine work. Before we opened this e-store, we were disappointed with the number of low quality products being sold to customers and the ridiculously priced leather goods, which neither reflected the craftsmanship nor the quality.
Will my credit card number be safe?
We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor, PayPal, the best and one of the most secure in the business). We never had a single incident of online fraud so far and we will never share your personal information with anyone else. You are 100% safe.
Your store is in the USA then why my order was shipped from other countries ?
Some of our products are international to maintain quality, so it can take up to 4 to 11 business days to come the item. but you can track the shipment on track your order.
What if my package is returned due to undeliverables?
If your package is returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect or insufficient address, we are not liable of it. You have to be careful with the address.
What about Unreceived Package or delivery rescheduling?
Please get in touch with the courier company in the case of delivery, rescheduling and stolen packages. We are not liable in this case.
