Work principle:
Similar as carbon dioxide (CO²) laser beauty machine, it use new generation of plasma micro district discharge technology with low temperature and high frequency, it is efficient capacity conversion material and Microcomputer chip control. when the needle touch the freckle skin, it produce plasma with high temperature immediately, when it touch the freckle, spot, it will produce a small flame, we called it carbide problem skin.The micro vascular will be solidified quickly without bleeding. Then it will formed carbon scabs, protect wound skin from infection. After about 1 week, scab will sheeding without scar.

  1. Before use the device on your own skin, please practice on pigskin until you are familiar with it.
  2. Do not clean the affected area with strong alkaline washing or scrub.
  3. Please promptly remove the needle after use, clean and disinfect, then keep dry.
  4. During the recovery period (1-3 months), do not eat spicy food, keep a healthy lifestyle.
  5. Do not use your hands to scratch when the scab itch.
  6. Do not wash the device in water.
  7. Keep away from children, persons who don't know operation and pets.
  8. Please note that the needles can only touch the skin surface, No need to insert into the skin.
  9. please use alcohol to swear on the skin first or use stabilizer (relieve effect) 20 minutes before using the device if you are sensitive to pain.

How to install the needles:

Directly insert the coarse needle into the head of the pen and tighten clockwise.
The fine needle should be used with the pinhead cover. Rip the fine pinhead into the pinhead cover, and then insert the pinhead cover into the head of the pen, and then tighten clockwise.

Sterilize the fine and coarse needles by boiling them in water or wipe them with alcohol pad for disinfection before use.

    How to use the Tattoo Moles Spots Removal Pen:

    • Choose the appropriate needle and install it on the pen point
    • Long press ON/OFF for 3 seconds to turn on the pen
    • Click the ON/OFF button to switch the speed level
    • Press and hold OUT to start working
    • After using , press the ON/OFF button for 3 seconds to turn off then pen


      Operation steps:
      A: Installation method
      1. The needle is inserted into the head of the pen and rotated clockwise tightly.
      2. Remove the needle counterclockwise when not in use.

      B: Operation method

      1. Wipe the needle with alcohol to disinfect, use alcohol cotton to clean the skin of treatment sites.
      2. Determine the gears: remove the shallow or small area spots, use the low gear, remove deep larger area spots, use the high gear. (Do not puncture the skin to operate)

      C: Attentions
      1. For those who are sensitive to pain, use the alcohol cotton to clean the oil on the skin before operation.
      2. Apply some anesthesia cream on the skin to be treated, cover with plastic wrap, wipe away the anesthetic cream after 15-30 minutes, then you can operate the device.
      3. It can remove bad spots by carbonation, gently sweep back and forth on the spots. You can not stay in one place for too long, so as not to burn the dermis, resulting in scars. To ensure safety, it is recommended to remove dark spots by several times, it should not be too hasty
      There is no guarantee of specific results and each person results may vary. Please refer to the instructions when you get the product and use with caution. Before using must make sure it is a mole or skin problem that can be safely removed with the device. Consult your physician. Do your own research and consult a professional if you would like to use it on your moles.

      Order changes

      Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you need to return a product, you have to begin the returns procedure once you have received the item.

      Item not received

      If you have successfully placed an order and have not received it yet while the tracking status shows it's delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your package as once the item is bagged we don't have control over it (once it’s by the carrier ) , but if the issues still persists kindly email us we will try our best to assist you. 

      If the package is not received by you or stolen, please contact the courier company its their remorse. we can only assist you in this case.

      Sometimes tracking information won't be available. This may be due to technical issues due to which the tracking information is not updated on the app. In such cases, if you are still unable to locate your item, contact us we will assist you.

      Refund Policy

      We only accept Exchange or Return if the product you received was wrong model or damaged item.

      If you wish to return an item purchase from please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery(if received damaged). Our Refund policy is valid for 30 days.

      Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in Same condition.

      1. If you wish to return an item purchase from please follow the instructions below within 7 days of delivery.
      2. Go to ‘Orders & Returns’ if you have an account. You’ll need to provide your order reference and email address.
      3. Find the order you want to return and click ‘Return item(s)’.
      4. Select each item and your reason for returning(we do 10% restocking fees).

      Step 2: Wrap it up

      1. Place each item you’re returning with all original packaging inside the box.
      2. Prepare your package by attaching your return label to the outside of your box.

      To be sure the Product arrives in its original condition, package and ship it using the label and instructions
      If you’re returning multiple items, package and ship each item separately (unless otherwise specified).

      Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in good condition.

      Special Notes:

      1. Customers must first send a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and the shipping packaging before we can consider issuing RMA authorization. Please use good lighting, and a close to medium distance, so we can identify and verify the issue(s). Attachment size must be under 10MB for the Support Team.
        2. After KOPLEEN has received the returned product and confirmed the product is faulty, the return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt. For example if the return shipping fee is 30 USD, KOPLEEN will refund the same amount of 30 USD to the customer. If our technical team determines the item is not DOA , KOPLEEN will not compensate the return shipping fee. Refund requests for a return shipping fee without a valid RMA return receipt slip will not be accepted.
        3. Product returns must be via one of KOPLEEN approved shipping methods; our support team can provide you with further details.

      4.Personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances. Because they are made only for you. Custom items also take 3 weeks to make.

      Refurbished products and Custom printed products cannot be returned except if you received the damaged product.

      We will not accept returns/refunds/exchange if you simply change your mind about your order or "better price found", "changed mind," "does not fit," "no longer needed," and "ordered wrong item"

      Customers have to bear charges for shipping back the item to us. Shipping and Handling costs and other charges are non-refundable. We cannot accept COD deliveries.


      If the package is not received by you or stolen, please contact the courier company its their remorse. we can only assist you in this case. If your package is returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect address, we are not liable of it.

      • You must provide the correct Return Tracking number when filing the Return Form in order to get your return successfully processed.
      • Once the Fulfillment center has received and inspected your return (Usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 7 days. Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account

      Refund Instructions:

      Once we have received and inspected your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your exchange order will be processed and delivered to you within the next 15 business days. In case of a refund, it will be issued within 7 business days and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
